During the summer months, our palates crave something sweet and chilled.

This refreshing Mango frozen yoghurt is the perfect summer treat for your cool your tastebuds.

Mangoes and limes are a prefect combination and are packed with vitamins and antioxidants to make up your five a day. The greek yoghurt has a good proportion of protein content to keep you fuller for longer and the dates and maple syrup are natural sweeteners.

This is so easy to make and will satisfy your cravings and sweet tooth and I hope you try it.

RECIPE

1 Ripe Mango

200g Greek Yoghurt

1 Lime

4 Dates (soaked till soft)

1 tbs Maple Syrup
