RECIPE:
200g cooked pasta (I used Rotini Pasta but any will do)
1/2 chopped cucumbers
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped purple onion
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup black olives cut in half
For the dressing:
50ml olive oil
50ml mayonnaise
20ml balsamic vinegar
Juice from half a lemon
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp thyme
