RECIPE

500g Chicken Breast

200g greek yoghurt

Juice from one lemon

2 tbs curry powder

1 tbs thyme and rosemary

1 tbs dried chilli

1 tbs salt

1 tbs paprika powder

1 tbs garlic powder

1 chopped green bell pepper

1 chopped red and yellow bell pepper

1 chopped red onion

1tbs maple syrup

1 tbs oil

Set the oven to grill and bake for 30-35 minutes and serve.
